Our History

AccuReg was created to solve a real-world problem at a local hospital in Mobile, Alabama. We launched with a tool designed to eliminate registration errors. Today, we support health systems, hospitals and clinics across the country with EngageCare, an integrated platform for patient access, intake and engagement.

Since 2005, AccuReg has helped hospitals and health systems reach their financial and patient satisfaction goals with a full suite of front-end revenue cycle management solutions that increase net revenue, improve staff efficiency and prevent denials. As the landscape of the healthcare industry and the technology needs of our customers evolve, so do we.
